May 21 Fun Food Fundamentals: Who took the fun out of eating? How did food become so stressful? Find the pleasure in eating simple, seasonal, and local foods. Some foraging for wild foods encouraged.
June 18 Movement Snacking: Start where you are, there is no hurry! Natures way to fitness for the long run (no marathons required!).
August 20 Hydration Ways: What's up with water and all these water bottles? Do we need to be sipping water every hour or more? What is best, Tap, Well, Filtered, Spring? What is truly hydrating?
September 17 Rest, Relax and Sleep: Reset your circadian rhythms, clean up your sleep hygiene, and set up for truly deep and restorative sleep.
